I do admit that I have a thing for doors. It is the window of your soul, the welcoming statement to your home... Simple, elegant, colourful, bold or rusty, there is a door that hold your fortress, stand alone in the rain, pushed, pulled and something slammed... Well, I think doors should have a weekly post to showcase how beautiful and useful they are!

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted pictures and words about an art exhibition... Back from a short holiday and it seems my overloaded brain has finally got the hard drive to reset completely and engage on what matters to me... I am back today with a good one. Today I will share my latest discovery at the Arthouse gallery.

Today it's all about Emma Walker and her latest exhibition "Intimate Immensity". The exhibition will be running until 30 May 2015

A beautiful saturday afternoon to visit the Arthouse Gallery located at 66 McLachlan Avenue, Rushcutters Bay and the pleasure of meeting Emma Walker.

Depth, Colour, Patterns and Rhythms will be your first "intimate" conversation with her abstract artwork. Painted on timber using oil and acrylic, the combinations of her mark making will take you on a beautiful journey within while your eyes will keep wondering and seeking for more exploring..
